Satanists. It's a portal of darkness baited by light (lucifer). The walls are painted in blood. Above the doorway are demonic gargoyles with serpentine horns and a wheel with 13 circles likely represented the occult calendar. 13 often represents rebellion against power. There are two sets of 6 rectangular sections of windows, and 1 set of 6 sections of windows with curved tops with the windowed doors included. 666. The portal is edged by two black pillars representing Boaz and Jachin in Solomon's Temple which was destroyed by God in judgement for idolatry, sexual immorality, and child sacrifice. Clearly those who partake in evil want to rebuild such a temple in rebellion against God to partake in cultic sin.

  There are even 3 white stone or rock steps beneath the temple, which could represent the Trinity. As in the rock that the Israelites... Thus the builders placed God beneath their feet when they walk through their portal to Satan. :/
