Six of them went on to be convicted of child sexual abuse, one of them tried to buy their victims' silence by offering a cut of what he was going to get in compensation.

And I will say this, The President of The United States just suffered another attempt on his life. You would think as someone who went through multiple at this point would stop pulling towards political violence however nope not the case.

This is the same dude who not only pardoned the January 6th rioters, but also gave them rides to the Ellipse, tweeted in support of their violence and political action, viciously demonized his political opposition and allies for not aiding his criminal overturn of a finished election that SCOTUS said couldn’t be overturned, now he is seeking a $1 billion fund for his violent molesters of government for their effort to kill his political opponents.

$1 billion of the tax payers’ dollars towards this, when literally all they want or need is affordable living, higher wages, sustainable energy, no AI mass surveillance, no new wars, and actually doing something other than giving to the rich welfare and subsidies while everyone else (his supporters) suffer.

Oh and by the way, we have political violence because we don’t support actual policies that would help mental health, would help keep guns away from vicious hands wanting to destroy without destroying 2nd Amendment Rights, make healthcare cheap and affordable, bring drug costs down, reopen the asylums also open a lot of asylums, etc.

No they do not, but there was a lot of people who were just standing around outside doing nothing and got arrested and imprisoned anyways. I don't know what the relevant law is in the US but in the UK we have the Doctrine of Joint Enterprise. It establishes secondary liability for those who assist, encourage, or plan an offence.

Well I think if nothing else they were probably all trespassing. That doesn't seem like much of a crime to me, but still they had no business being there and participating, even passively in that mess.

Trump didn't start the riots though, he specifically told people to "protest peacefully". Then a few minutes later, the crowd went apeshit for no freaking reason.

Bullshit. The reason was that they'd been told the election had been stolen for months and they'd been told they'd have to "fight like hell" or they won't "have a country any more".
