What is the best thing that you ever did?

My best decision ever was to propose to Ms. Helen.

A few years back, I was walking down the street. In front of the GPO I looked down and found the equivalent of $300 in cash.

I picked up the banknotes and asked around if anyone had lost them. Someone told me to keep them but I felt bad about it because I thought it may be some poor person's money that they had on them to pay their bills.

I proceeded to the police station and handed over the money. The officer looked at me with surprise and told me that nobody ever returns found cash.

I filled out a form and was told to come back in one year to see if anyone had claimed the money. After 1 year I came back and nobody claimed the money and it was given back to me minus a 5% provision for keeping the money safe...

And that was the best deed I have ever done and I even gave part of it to charity..
