I think it CAN be realistic. But I think it would require a mentality change from most people that society is not ready or willing to make. But I genuinely think it would be a happier society. I've run my idea for how to run society by AI many times, and it says it's actually a good concept. Then again, AI has been known to feed your delusions regardless of whether you prompt it to be blunt or not.

Possible, but not probable. Have you seen any recent case of people actively working together to prevent shit from happening? I have seen such cases with few groups and crowds were not fully unified and in general it is incredibly difficult to get people unified over a common cause/goal. It is way harder than it sounds

The vision i see to truly make America great is not only possible its been done before during the New Deal era. if we play our cards right the 2030s may just be a new progressive era, free college, medicare for all, rent freezes etc.

It's fanciful to think that you can do anything to influence national trends unless you have millions to donate to the government. That's how stuff gets done.
