Initiate Conversation vs Joining A Conversation That has already begun. Which one are you and why?

Neither. I am the : I stay completely silent unless I get asked a question or unless I get a little triggered by something someone mentioned.
It usually drains me to even participate.
The rule does not apply if it is family or close friends.
But then again family and friends appear to understand my words just like they understand my silence.
That is why I feel comfort with them and never feel drained.

I do both.🙂 And it doesn't matter where or with whom because I will chime right in. No matter where I go, the bank, the stores, I always end up talking with someone. Even in the grocery store check out line. It's great! 👍🏼

With me, I’m not generally initiating a conversation.

And I don’t generally walk up and insert myself into an existing conversation.

It’s more like someone tries to pull me into a conversation.

I wouldn’t join a conversation unless I’m invited to.
I find it impolite to just impose myself onto a group of people talking unless it’s immediate family

If it's one to one, I may be the one starting the conv.
