When is it perfectly ok to give a person Tea?

Just want to know what people think...

When you offer them tea and they say no

When they say yes they want tea but when it arrives they change their mind and say no

When they are sleeping or unconscious

They said yes when they were conscious but when the tea was ready they were unconscious

They say yes to tea and are actually drinking the tea but midway through drinking the tea they pass out.

They agree to tea and even schedule it next week but when the time comes they decide they don't want tea that day anymore

They -enthusiastically- say YES to drinking tea and also remain fully conscious during the entire act of drinking tea to completion.

If they don't want tea them offer them a biscuit to go with the tea, most people want tea then. Also just because they don't want tea doesn't mean you can't have tea, sometimes having tea in front of people makes them want tea. If people turn down tea tell them you've got noce tea like Barry's or Yorkshire tea and not PG tips or that Tetleys crap. People never refuse good tea. If they constantly refuse tea consider buying bigger cups because no one wants a tiny cup of tea.

I find it bizarre to see adults discussing consent.

As I expect consent, in sex, to be no more than what you learn, socially, as a kid already, like when your buddy isn't interested in the conversation or the game played. Forcing them to talk about a topic or a game you're coming up with isn't gonna be productive, right?

yeah but then rape is so common in our world still so its still going to be an important necessary thing to talk about until those statistics come down dramatically.

I honestly think there's not much to expect from adults who haven't already learned what seems to be a very simple social concept... But it can at least be of use for women, to make them realize better how to detect someone who is socially unfit?

@Maybe_Maybe_not I don't drink coffee at all. Never liked it. I tried to like it but couldn't. Tea is sick though I got that indian chai it's very nice.
