I usually work the second shift most of the time. During summer, Christmas, and spring break, I work the day shift.

Though summer is 4 10 hour shift.

Graveyard (11p. m. to 7 a. m.) 4 days a week and mornings 3 days a week. 2 of those mornings I go from the night job to the morning job and only work 2 to 4 hours, depending on how much sleep I got the day before.

3-7 AM a couple times a week and 3-11 or 3-Noon the other three, for the most part

We have no shifts in the IT business. IT-Operating itself has a so-called core working time.
