It is not easy to get out of a comfort zone. I had to get out of my own. What helped me the most is NOT caring and living life, doing whatever I want to do. People will judge you regardless. Don’t be scared to get judged, make stupid mistakes, get in trouble, look dumb, and learn!!! We are here to enjoy life☺️

At your age… you need to get out.
there are lots online… at the end you have to do it by yourself.

That's not easy. Start small by forcing yourself to do one thing that makes you uncomfortable. Keep doing that one thing even just once a day until you're no longer uncomfortable doing it.
