I'd say it depends on if the outcome you'll receive because of it & if they're something is done in a way that truly promotes constructive progression for you in your specific circumstance.

For instance, I was dealing with a pretty annoying tendon & ligament injury for 6+ months this year. If I would have fully left my comfort zone when I was injured, I would have just aggravated the injury & made things worse which would have slowed healing. So, I knew I had to approach things more cautiously at a pace that promotes healing & optimal progression. And this can be applied to many other scenarios in life I notice.
