Trending & News I'd give anything to have a soft mattress! Unfortunately this one was provided for me when I moved in and it's hard hard!
Every night I have to keep switching sides from the pain my mattress causes on my hips. Ouch!
Medium-firm for sure! It gives you the perfect balance of soft comfort on top while keeping your back properly supported so you don't wake up sore.

Im not even sure what my single mattress is nowadays 🛏️ 👀 bought it cheap, brand new, years ago and it's I guess like I'm 32 and living like a college dorm room bed. No double bed sadly.
My ideal mattress I guess would be hard to say, I don't want too soft to sink into, and too firm feels like sleeping on the hardwood 😋
So I could only vote Medium.
But at the moment my existing mattress I added a foam on top because it was losing its spring 🌱
I'm using an advanced all memory foam mattress that is incredible. I can sleep back, side, or stomach and the support is perfect. But it isn't really rated firm or soft like a traditional innerspring mattress.
Medium to firm
I have the most comfortable bed but it's memory foam and I really really should take it off because we are meant to sleep on firm we're not meant to be like jello and just sink into a mattress it's bad for our bodies Our organs and everything else
So usually at least once a day I'd lay on the floor on my back and just kind of get everything snapped back into place it's out of place if there is something LOL
My choice has always been firm/extra firm. When I fall asleep I never feel the bed anymore and wake up rested. Pillow tops, foam, water beds... no!
This will be my first year out of a dorm in college. I have an apartment off campus with a former roomie. I bought a med firm queen size one that was not too pricy. It sure feels better than a dorm room bed especially if someone is joining me for the night.
I don’t sleep in a bed. I sleep outside in the yard in the grass. I’m not allowed inside. I’m only allowed in the backyard with the dogs and I can only come in once a day and use the bathroom for like five minutes supervised and that’s it and I shower using a hose with dish soap outside, but I do have a cell phone that connects to the Wi-Fi in the house It’s very hot outside over 100° Degrees. I guess that’s why I’m called Iron Man
They go extra firm here in Thailand , now I'm used to it , Australia was medium.
@Kelly6 Like many, I have, and have had, low back pain, and yes, spinal surgery. I need a firm mattress
I prefer medium, firm enough to support me and soft enough to be comfortable.
I was sleeping with it soft for a while but now it is medium.
I can sleep on a concrete floor if necessary. Extra firm for me, as long as the pillows are soft.
I have had back issues, so extra firm is best for me.
Extra soft is good for your back and head, and it feels very comfortable.
I think my wife and I got a firm this time.
Was medium or soft unable to handle - sleeping? 😜
I prefer a firm one, for sleep...
I don't care. I sleep well on any.
