Yes. On way back to the US from Asian. (Japan)

We stayed up and watched 4 movies in the plane. Once back… we get back to our normal sleep schedule to avoid suffering 2 weeks of jetlog like most need to restructure sleep patterns.
For example. Wednesday, we got up at 7-8am… went out, had breakfast, last minute shopping, pack out suitcases, head to airport. Hangout in airport for 2 hrs. Flight at 6pm… dinner around 8-9pm. Watched movies, walked around the plane. Back to US Wednesday evening 7pm. Bedtime by 10-11 pm…so we stayed up for about 30 hrs.

Now that we slept for 8hrs… just got up and back to our normal schedule. 😊

I have been using this strategy since I traveled to Asian back in my 20s. Works really well.
while others complain about jetlog all the time.

Whenever I eat, I have to go right to sleep!
Also my blood pressure medicine 💊 knocks me out like Anastasia! It's one of the side effects of the drug.
But when I do both I go into a food coma and I can be there all day!🙄
