Both lips, but the lower lip moves more than the upper lip.
I was on jury duty once, and there was a prospective juror in the box being "interviewed" by the lawyers to see if he should be one of the 12 on the jury. He was wearing a hoodie and reeked of weed. He answered the questions without moving his lips. The lawyers had trouble understanding him and he was dismissed. One way to get out of jury duty I guess. Come in stoned and try talking without moving your lips? LOL
@Kelly6 One of my dance instructors, who owns the studio, stands right in my face to talk to me (have considered kissing her on the lips 😁) and she moves her upper lips and lower lips. I have often commented on how perfect her upper and lower dentition is!!!
"The Lower Lip plays a crucial role in coordinating speech and other lip activities.
The Jaw also moves significantly to aid in articulation.
The Upper Lip does move, but is less involved as compared to the Lower Lip and Jaw."omove, but While the upper lip does move, it is less involved compared to the lower lip and jaw.
i've heard that i mumble. and my voice is kind of deepish. it's hard to annunciate. it's draining. i think i just kind of breathe out the words like i open my mouth and a little second mouth descends from my throat and says hi.
Some people @Kelly6 talk with their hands and mouth ✋🏻👌🏻✋🏻 lol
I'm just like a regular person 👄 I do like to talk
. and observe / listen 👀 😃👂🏻
I never really noticed until this question. I looked in the mirror and several parts of my face move when I speak, including both lips and jaw. The louder I speak, the more they all move.
Ya know what. I've never even thought about it. Now I'm gonna be talking into a mirror.
I just checked in the mirror and I move both lips and my jaw.
No clue I don't watch myself and after reviewing this looks like depends on the phares and words of how much each one moves.
I don't try to move my jaw at all. Speech is controlled by the tongue and lips.
yes I dont see how its possible to do move both. Oh maybe if you're all botoxed up! lol
Both.
