I can not find any credible evidence that this took place at the recent Dallas convention. The people are wearing delegate passes, the shirts are 2024 shirts (they'd be 2028 shirts if it was just taken), and if you look at the right hand corner of the photo, the flag looks chewed off. It looks like these people were superimposed on a shot taken in Dallas. It's a bad photoshop.

This doesn't mean it's not a partially legit photo from another time, but there's no on line evidence that I can find which confirms it just happened in Dallas. Factual or not, it's pretty damn funny.
