What is your opinion on this male loneliness epidemic we’ve heard about? Do you think its real and if so who or what was the main cause of it?

I’m little old and out of the scene to fully opine on this, but from where I’m standing and what my understanding of the situation is…. look, I’m empathic towards anyone feeling lonely. That feeling sucks, and I don’t want to invalidate that.

Where people start to lose me, in the little I’ve heard about this, is blaming women for it. I think dating dynamics have drastically changed since my dating days in a way I probably can’t fully relate to. I guess I’m just seeing some behaviors from some young men that aren’t going to do them any favors.

Honestly, the biggest thing….. the video games gotta chill. I enjoy video games now and then, and more so in my younger days. But if you just get out of school or work and then immediately run home and hop online to play Call Of Duty or whatever the game du jour is, and you stay on that bitch for like six to eight hours…. that’s not gonna you laid.

The following clips are to be taken with healthy dose of salt. This is in the context of being a pick-up artist, which is not what I’m endorsing. But I think there’s wisdom to be taken from this, just in terms of what women are looking for. “You can’t just be like ‘Hey! I’m Dave! I like smoking pot and reading the sports page on the john…. wanna have sex with me?’”

And this one, at 0:57, and again a little out of context but the point remains: “Boredom equals death.” The point there being that, while any good partner will allow you time to pursue the things that make your heart sing, you also have to demonstrate that you’re going to be a full-on human partner; you can’t give off vibes like you’re just gonna game all night and then just log off a half an hour early to have sex before bed, and just leave her scrolling TikTok the rest of the night. You have to make yourself an exciting and enticing prospect.

I’d just advise anyone who’s struggling to do some honest self-assessment before turning your frustrations outward. Shit, even if we weren’t talking about women and I was just generally trying to life-coach someone, I’d tell them to work on being the best version of themselves that they can be. If you do that, the rest of life tends to have a way of falling into place, including women.

men blame women for everything... I don't think it's womens fault that men are lonely nowadays. Most of these young guys have no intentions of settling down till they run out of time. Most of these young guys have super high standards. And a lot of them don't have any social skils

running out of time meaning their dicks are beginning to see it's first signs of malfunction, hairline receding- seeing hair loss first time in their lives, weight gain, wrinkles... getting increasingly difficult to bag the young hot girls that they used to be able to get.

what I have noticed through the years is that good guys don't usually have a hard time settling down or committing. It's always the ill valued men who have a hard time committing. The ones who sleep around, play too much, don't like monogamy, cheat, the type of guy who likes going to bars/ getting drunk every Friday night rather than come home to clean and cook a nice homemade dinner.

Plenty of men are alone by choice, especially players. Although most players have a pack of bros to hang with, so they’re not really lonely despite not having a serious girlfriend (either that or they have one and cheat on her).
