Yep, Riding my bike when i was young about 7 on a footpath didn't see a car backing out of the driveway because I was too short to see over the tall fence. I swerved narrowly missing the back of the car and stopped on the other side of the driveway and took a deep breath knowing how lucky I was me and my dad who was behind me waved to the driver and apologized and continued on our way. I learn 't the lesson that on blind driveways always listen and if your not sure stop and then continue.

I'm not sure. I don't think so? I caught covid right before ankle surgery. I was put int ICU after surgery but i was never itubated. Just put on oxygen. I was only in there for 48 hrs. I was still quarantined for 10 days or whatever it was though. I guess it depends whether you consider the ICU to be very serious. I think i was only in there for for increased observation.

When I was 19 I had a seizure that was so horrific I almost died from it. And when I was 20 I had a stalker who broke into my house and slandered me to over a thousand students in my university. He would impersonate me online and tell slutty stories about me, so I think his motivation was rape and human trafficking. I filed a police report saying he sexually harassed and stalked women but he left the country before the police could arrest or charge him.

No, not really.
I’ve had a couple of scary moments — like a near-miss car accident once — but nothing that actually felt like I was about to die. Just the usual close calls life throws at you.

Oh, absolutely. The problem for men here (I live on an island in Micronesia/Oceania) is that there are no single women. As an older guy told me one time, 'The women leave because there are no good jobs, and the guys leave because they can't find a wife or a girlfriend'. But where you or I would join a gym or join a band (I played in speed metal bands for about 15 years), they'll race up and down the street. Like, 'Yeah, I'm in 15-20 year old car, with no muffler, but I'm going places in life'.

I got diagnosed with epilepsy a few years ago. I don’t actually remember this properly but my mum actually told me they once put me on a ventilator in hospital. It’s normal for people to not remember stuff when they had seizures.

Yes. It was a long, slow process that began when I realized that I had no shot at marrying the love of my life. I just kind of gave up for a while, because I didn't care anymore. I lost everything, my job, my home, etc.

yup! Car accident, motorcycle accident, and shoot with a 45 in my leg 2 times but it missed my bones and artery thankfully
