Is time the most valuable thing any of us can possess?

[msc545]

I think the most valuable thing that any of us possess is time. You cannot replace it and when you run out of it, you are finished. Do you agree with this?

[GothEgg]

Good health. A great aunt of my mine was in bad health when she was 35 after the birth of her first child, she lived until she was 90 years old. Her husband died at 55, up until that point he was in perfect health. She lived an entire lifetime in bad health

[thegreenyogi]

They do say "all we have is time". It is precious and that's why every minute counts and living in the present moment is what matters.

[Ill_made_Knight]

The time that you have is unknowable. Noone maximizes their time as much as they would like, but make the most of what you're given... it's what you fill it with more than the amount.

[Ill_made_Knight]

Thank you sir...

Health and freedom are prerequisites for time to be worth anything.

If you live in captivity or poverty or in survival mode, time becomes punishment.

[msc545]

Okay, yes, but arguably it's better than having no time. If you have no time, you're dead.

[Zack-Bann]

I don’t know if death is the worst thing that could ever happen to someone…

[slatyb]

No, it's our health. Time and money are useless if we're suffering.

[AngryCarl3]

You got that right!

[AngryCarl3]

No, health and love are both more important in my opinion.

[NathanDavis]

only if we make it worthy...

[MrChinaski]

Yes.

[Sevenpointfive]

25 to life.
