exactly right..i live in turkey..here, the average women height is approximatly 1.60-62 cm..i hate from women whose hegiht are under 1.75 (5 feet 8.5 inches I think according to your measurements)..what you claimed is right..a short women can't be neither sexy nor beautiful, she can be only cute is she doesn't make-up or dresses like a tall one..she must wear only shirts, unskinny panths and they must be remote from high heels...

I usually find them cuter, like puppy dog cute. But there are certainly some ugly short people and some beautiful ones. There are exceptions to every rule.

I think a woman can be sexy no matter her height, but that's coming from me, a woman.

I'm 5'4" and my boyfriend says I can be cute or sexy, all depends on how I dress, do my hair, and wear my makeup in addition to the way I look at him or how I act.

So, based upon that, I'll have to disagree with the idea that short women are only ever cute.

Eh, I think the shorter the girl is(within reason) the cuter she tends to be, just going off of my guy friends and how they treat my height and shorter girls.

But a sexy girl is a sexy girl, regardless of height
