I say yes, wear that smokey-eye. Most guys won't admit it on this site, but I'll assure you most guys do like girls that have a "girlie" look to them. :)

I actually walked up to and commented on a lady's smokey eyes once at the Old Surrey Hounds... Turns out she was blind, and she beat me up :O

as long as it isn't ridiculously heavy (sometimes people do it that way) it looks really nice and enhances the eyes and isn't bright so win, yes I think most guys like it.
