You may be a very confident girl, feel comfortable with your boyfriend as he makes you feel comfortable too but somewhere inside you have some insecurities and those are dormant / subconscious.
You probably think this is one of the best guys (or the best) in the world and that you are very lucky to have him as your boyfriend. On the other hand somewhere you may also wonder as to what did he see in you that he's into you and so nice to you etc
You may also be toying with the thought that 'what if he leaves me' / 'oh I don't ever want to lose him'
You may probably be always wondering 'how can I please / impress him' &/or 'am I doing this right or not - hope he likes it' etc
All or even any of the above can result in the mind being 'fluttery' in his presence even in an otherwise confident you resulting in the actions you've described. :)
its cause you have to much going on in your head to focus what's around you try singing aloud or humming while around him.

It's cause ya like him! :-) I used to trip over my feet in school when I'd be thinking about the girls in class I liked.
