You're better off holding on to those urges, let him get his life in order and then approach it like a serious relationship once he's ready to see in you in such a light. I'm 30 now and I while I'm sure some things have changed for the most part I can't really see anything different in my reactions to seduction. He will respond to you if he is into plain and simple.

Granted he's more mature than a guy your age so he may not respond to childish stuff but most things involving sex aren't childish. I think if you've had sucess seducing dudes in the past then you shouldn't have much problem with him.
