What does it mean when a guy says "come sit on my lap"?

There's this guy that I've known for a really long time. Today we were in the computer lab with for a project and I went to sit on the back row with some of my other friends. All the seats had been taken by the time I got over there so I just walked away. Then my friend, let's call him Eric, says "-my name-, come sit on my lap." I didn't do it of course. I just laughed and went to the front. What does this mean? I don't really think of him in a sexual way :/

4. You are good not to have done that.

5. A teacher would not allow it anyway.
