On YouTube, a girl named Mandy Stevens tells her story. She successfully defended herself from an attacker and ended up grabbing the attempted rapists testicles and squeezing them until they popped. Did you know it was possible to pop a mans testicles? Would you do this to a rapist in self defense?

Of course it is possible, it your hand is strong enough. However, I think it might be quite dangerous. Suppose he punched her hard right in the face right as she started squeezing - she would have blacked out, thus letting go of his cherries.
He could then run away, and he would have been a free man with two working testicles, instead of an eunuch in prison. An outcome he would obviously preffered, so the reason he didn't do it, is that he wasn't smart enough to think about it fast enough.

When I'm playfighting with my boyfriend, I often try to grab his testicles. I don't squeeze very hard, and I let go as soon as he taps out, which happens almost immediately, except for the first time where he didn't realize instantly that there is no way out for him but to surrender, and he suffered for quite a few seconds. But that was a safe enviroment for me. I knew my boyfriend wouldn't knock me out or break my arm or something like that (and it was also a safe enviroment for him, as he could tap out at any moment).

If you're attacked, and you got a steady hold of the guy's testicles, that's great. Grab them as tightly as you can, twist as hard as you can, and then yank down with all your might. It will take a second, so he wouldn't have a chance to retaliate, and by the time you're done, you could let go and safely run away. He will be otherwise occupied...

Yes, I knew this from my self defense class. Our female instructor told us this is a good last resort technique. The key is to make him to believe that you are submitting and you are no danger to him. By playing along you aim to get a good access to his exposed genitals. At first gently caress his genitals and feel the target with your fingers before you strike. The best is to focus on only one testicle. You should isolate one by locking your forefinger and thumb over the top of it, form a tight fist and then forcefully squeeze, twist and jerk hard. Keep on crushing it with your fingers. You can also use your second hand to hit it hard with the knuckles pointing sharply forward. If he has a loose scrotum this should cause some irreparable damage to his organ like tearing the spermatic cord or epididymis and testicular rupture. The common man’s reaction is convulsing, vomiting and finally passing out. At this point you can release the grip and flee. Although controversial, if he is not completely incapacitated yet, before getting out stomp hard between his legs using your heel or punt kick his sac from the back. This ensures he is out and absolutely no threat to you. It is a brutal tactic but sometimes essential to survive a sexual attack.

When his ball are exposed make it a quick grab and try to keep him from seeing you make hand movement until you grab him. Just because the first thing men protect is his balls and dont want him to block your hand. Once you get ahold of a testicle its over squeezing will drop him instantly (but keep squeezing).
