So I've talking with this guy all the time sending me cute stuff and shi. And when I have nothing to say I just send stickers or emojis. He usually finds something to talk about and keep the convo up but lately we hasn't and left me on read. Maybe he waits for me to find something to talk about? But I'm not good at keeping conversations.

Maybe he got bored or thinks you aren't interested. Google for first date questions, it can give you an idea to talk about something. Text him first, show some interest. Then say, 'you know I've been thinking recently...' and ask any question.
you can send also funny memes to keep conversation. Link him your favorite song and ask him to link you his favorite. There's a lot of stuff to talk about, so go ahead and show him attention.

Talking everyday through messages especially when you don’t have much to talk about usually becomes boring and you find yourself talking about the same things over and over I know I start to get bored after about an hour of texting back and forth However talking in person I can talk non stop
