Anonymous(30-35)+1 yI did kinda mom-zone two girls. One was half a year older than me. She deifinitely wanted me to be her boyfriend, but for some reason I kept bringing out her mothering instincts. Another girl, who was two years older than me, may have liked me (I'm not sure), but she was motherly towards me too, which was weird.
Also, once, a woman who was about ten years older than me, asked me if I wanted to have a relationship with her, where she would nurse me and let me suck her breasts like a baby.
So, yeah, weird shizzle does happen.10 Reply

Anonymous(36-45)+1 yHmm, to be honest, I kinda like the motherly instinct in girls. But all in moderation of course. I have met girls like that before but the only reason I didn't end up dating her was because I just wasn't physically attracted her. Shallow maybe, but I need to be physically attracted to her still.

Yes and no. No because not the way I think you mean, but yes because I somehow ended up totally mothering an ex of mine. He had some issues, so I was there for him and all of a sudden he referred to me in a whole other way. Didn't use your fancy word (mom-zoned, lol), but yeah, that's how I felt. Ugh, I don't have to tell you how that ended.

+1 yI heard of that happening. Not in those words, but one guy told my friend she was too stable/down to earth for commitment purposes or something. It was really hurtful. I think it was a nice way of him saying she was not wild enough. o_O

Oh I know I have been in that category only when I have younger friends and are desperate for help. I have a a friend and as a joke would say "thanks mom." I would answer back "your welcome Son." I give answers that they need help them when They need it and act "motherly" to my younger friends when they need something. I don't care. I am glad I am able to help. :)

+1 yYES! In fact I'm seeing a guy now who's 2.5 years younger and I think he gets off on the fact that I mother him and I'm a strong woman...i think he enjoys it...he's on a break from his girlfriend and I enjoy the lust and he enjoys the depth of conversation, plus sex. it's fun! but not too 'mothery' lol. just compassionate and caring :)

+1 yThe only time I'm mom-zoned is with my friends who are girls. I've never had guys try to mom-zone me. I think that might just be because I have a young face and I still even get carded at bars and R-rated movies lol. I've been child-zoned or little sister-zoned (whatever you'd call it) once or twice though now that I think of it, but never by a guy I liked so it never really bothered me.

+1 yNo, I will never let that happened.
I got little-kid-zoned once, though. That sucked. This guy called me cute and adorable all the time and I thought he was really into me until he said I was like a girl scout. -_-33 Reply- +1 y
This guy was only 10 months older than me.

There was no need to lose hope! Maybe he did like you but was just a pedophile?
(jk :P)
Anonymous(36-45)+1 yUmm yes! My ex like to be nursed, he liked calling me mommy all the time and during sex, he liked to pretend that I was teaching about sex. He also liked me to nurse him while I jerked him off and he would say thank you mommy have I been a good boy! Sooo umm yes it's happened! He also would cry and lay in my lap and say he just needed me to hold him and nurse him! OK I'll stop now, there's so much more to say hahahaha

That's one of the creepiest things I've ever heard.
Opinion Owner+1 yThank u, I'm so happy to hear you say that. I thought it was weird but I was like umm I don't really want to ask my friends if this is normal behavior!

Lol, fair enough, but when it's something that weird, at least ask the internet or something (like this site would've easily told you he was a nutjob :P).
Opinion Owner+1 yI didn't know about this site! But oh my yes I should've known, I guess I've been sheltered and thought wow, maybe guys really want this and maybe guys really like to "nurse" lol! I know better now!
Oh god.. please no! No no no a million times no. That would be super weird. But I did date a guy who acted like a big baby over everything and that was annoying as hell.
10 ReplyHAHAH? No? That can happen? That is weird!
Would be awkward.10 ReplyI knew this crazy girl that takes her friend zoned minion's, calls them all her kid's and they call her mommy. Some freaky sh*t.

+1 yDo guys do that lol? Thankfully no, I can safely say I've never been mom zoned. I've been sister zoned which is always fun but never mom zoned.
20 Replyidk about his end.. but I've definitely liked guys wherein eventually I felt more like parent, than their peer.
its very uncomfortable. obviously.00 Reply
+1 yNope and I usually date younger guys and it still does not happen.

00 Reply 376 opinions shared on Other topic. Well I know some guys marry girls like their mothers, but I don't think that means they want the girl to treat them like their mom did, like make them food and clean up after them.
