When a guy always starts the conversation first, does it mean he likes you?

okay so there's this guy I've been crushing on for over a year now and just recently he started talking to me on twitter and thing is, it's ALWAYS him who starts the conversation and it's always starts with me tweeting the most random things. anyways, few weeks ago, we talked on twitter literally for four days straight and he'll fall asleep around 11 or 12 but then replies me back at like 5 or 6 in the morning. and when we chat, he'll always say my name, it's like he replacing the word 'babe' or something, I don't know lol. and he's hardly, almost never starts off conversations with other girls, if he does, it's about school mostly. so far, I am the only girl he's ever just randomly talk to out of nowhere and the way he talks to me is quite different. and we've never talked to each other at school before but today, he said 'hi' to me and I swear I saw him blush ;) so what do you guys think? is it just me or is he might be feeling something for me?
