Sick can either mean you're ridiculously awesome, or it could mean you're crazy in your head and abnormal. I personally think he meant the last one. Whether you are or aren't, just remember he was likely acting on his emotions and this doesn't mean you actually are sick. People say stuff like that when they are upset. Try and see the situation through his eyes. Being accused of stuff especially something as serious as cheating can be a big slap in the face and breaks the trust.

If you two were arguing about something when he said that, then he probably meant that you are a crazy, messed-up girl. If you were telling him about something cool, interesting, funny you did recently, he might have meant that you are cool, and know how to get it on.
