I think they're fine. People like to poo poo on them quick, but some guys need help and teaching when it comes to picking up women, and most of the time I find that the people who poo poo on it entirely aren't willing themselves to spend the necessary time it takes to teach shy, nice guys how to pick up girls, because the assumption is that if they themselves are good at it, it can't be that hard for these guys to learn on their own. But for some it is. There are some bad PUA's out there but I don't paint the whole community with one brush. So I would call myself pro-PUA

I think formal PUAs who actually do deep research and test out a large number of techniques they read about are rarer than guys who by trial and error come to exhibit many of the behavior s that PUAs exhibit.

I would say I fall into the category of the informal kind.

Women don't like them but many do admitthat's what they actually find attractive. They feel conflicted about PUAs and confident, assertive guys in general.

Pick-up artists are for gullible women who would get fooled by them. If they believed anything this type of guy would tell them, than they sorta deserve it. I don't admire pick-up artists, I don't hate them and I certainly don't care about them, just let them be as long as they're not on to me! (there's a rhyme there lol)

I can often see "the game" of a pick up artist a mile away and it has absolutely no effect on me.I think its quite pathetic and they often have poor self esteem.They need to get some therapy before they end up old and alone.Do something to deal with their "mommy" issues or whatever else...

Not a fan. I like dating genuine people. I don't want to get hurt either, and it sounds like a mess of games. If I sense he's spitting game at me or being fake, I run the other direction. =/

I am not a woman. If I were a woman though I would think they are horrible people. If I was a sultry woman I would think they are horrible people. If I were a pick-up artist woman I would think they are horrible people, but not me, because it's just a harmless hobby. God I'm bored. @_@

Women will trash PUA's but when they actually come across these guys in person they're all over them.
