My boyfriend's mother refers to me as "daughter". Is this a good sign?

A good sign in that she has accepted me as part of the family?

She always calls me Mija, which is "my daughter" in Spanish. Since she does this, I'm thinking that she now considers me family. My boyfriend and I are in a serious relationship and I've become quite acquainted with his family. Having her approval and her accepting me would mean the world to me.

It's a very good thing. Like you said, she considers you family. My boyfriend's family does the same thing with me :)
