Would you knee a guy in the balls if he spilled water on you? I was walking out of a intern baseball game for a company I work for and I accidentally spilled some water on a girl that I kind of know but not well. Now granted she was wearing a white shirt so she was probably extremely embarrassed but she turned around grabbed my shoulders and kneed me right in the testes then called me an a**hole. I feel like it was an overreaction but I don't know?

What she did was a felony assault, my friend, and it carries a prison sentence.

What remains the same in most states in regard to felony assault is that the act must be purposeful and deliberate."

I don't understand this cultural norm that women are allowed to kick/knee in the balls just because they're offended by a man's behavior. Guys generally don't get away with battery & assault on women (unless it's domestic violence, where it's done in private and difficult to prove).

Haha yeah I don't know she thought I spilled it intentionally and she knew I was wearing a cup since we just got through playing baseball. So she didn't think it would hurt that bad but PSA LADIES: it still hurts even when we wear a cup! She apologized today though
