What does it mean when a guy calls your Sunshine?

I have this male neighbor that lives below me in my apartment complex and he has a girlfriend that lives with him and her two kids from a previous marriage. He has always been really super flirty with me for the past year last night I asked him if he could help me carry these heavy boxes upstairs. When he came out to my car he said hey sunshine he has never called me anything but my name so it was a little strange and when he was getting ready to leave he was opening his arms for a hug and he called me love and he also gave me a two armed hug he has hugged me once before but it was a side hug. And when he brought the boxes up I thought he would leave them on the lania but he brought them in and put them in my kitchen.

Sounds like he might have a crush (unless he is flirty with everyone of course)! I would not advise you to pursue this. A man who will cheat for you will cheat on you.
