A girl under 18 that is not constantly in a relationship is nothing strange or particular. Certainly not a "loner". Come back in 20 years. If you're still living alone with 30 cats and use sunglasses to avoid looking people in the eyes, then we can start talking.

Instead of fretting over possible "loner" status. Spend the time building an interesting life. Learn something interesting. Be someone interesting. That will give you much more of an advantage in life.

I don't see them as either one. They are just women who like to be alone because they are better off that way (personally), or because they just can't find "The One" which is okay. I'm a loner. I haven't hung out with a friend (If I still have one) for... over 2 years. We barely talked at all the last few years. I don't feel like a loser or anything out of the ordinary.

female loners to me work better independently. And they obviously keep to themselves therefore they don't cause drama and spill secrets.

I care very little about reputation as long as no one thinks I'm a creep or stalker type of person that is. So I wouldn't avoid someone just because it might change how strangers view me. friends and family know who I am and that's what matters.
