What does Rachet mean?

today I was hanging out with friends and we saw this girl walked passed us as we were walking I asked what did they think of her and they said she was Rachet what does that mean exactly?

A real "ratchet" is actually just a socket wrench.

But when the term is used to refer to a person, it means a person who is trashy/sloppy/nasty/ugly etc.

lol oh my I think the first one is rachet for sure ha ha and I can't really see the second one ha ha I don't think the third one is rachet I mean her face is all right looking nice butt though ha ha the last one looks bit rachet and second last one oh god yes for sure rachet lol and the 4th one scared me as well haha

it means like dirty basically or like so slutty its gross pretty much just like dirty, slutty, gross, unattractive, completely unappealing to most ppl...it depends on the context...
