My girlfriend kicks my balls all the time and always laughs about it. She often jokes about it too when her friends are around and encourages them to kick my balls as well! It doesn’t have the same connection to the vagus nerve, so it doesn’t last as long, but the initial pain is absolutely comparable from what I’ve seen and experienced. And no, I’m not a guy pretending to be a “female.” All my comment suggested was that light force can induce extreme pain in a woman.

There are two types of nerves involved here, touch sensitive & pressure sensitive.
The penis can be hit, squeezed, even trodden on, with causing much pain, & whilst the clitoris has the same number of nerves as the penis, albeit concentrated in a much smaller area, the nerves serving both organs are touch sensitive & therefore not greatly affected by squeezing or blows.
The testicles are packed with pressure sensitive nerves which is why even a gentle squeeze or blow can be agonising. Presumably the ovaries are supplied with similar nerves but thankfully they are situated deep within our abdomen, safely out of harm’s way.
