What does " Bout time" means? a girl commented on Facebook. I'm just learning English, and I'm confused.

It can mean two things: Bout time as in about time is what she meant, then it means that it's already late and you better start it at least now; Bout time when taken literally will mean that it is the time for a bout. Depends on the context of usage.

It essentially means 'It's about time', as in the person feels that something has taken a considerable length of time to happen. Usually people say it in conjunction to someone replying to a message.
