When a girl says she's busy but another time?

I asked a girl out for drinks recently, and she said she was busy but definitely another time does this mean I'm being let down softly?

Could go either way. When you talk to her does she try to keep the convo going or give you one word answers and give you nothing to go off of- I feel like that's usually the most obvious tell. I agree with the other anon, keep talking to her for a week or so and then try again.

it depends on how she said it and hwo she acts after. try asking her in a few weeks (but still talk to her in between1). if she turns you down then she isn't interested.

Maybe, but I wouldn't care. I'd ask her again to her face with a definite time, place, and event in mind, and take it from there.
