Badoo photo ratings?

Can someone explain this one to me?

I uploaded a photo and so far the lowest rating has been a 7 yet the overall photo rating is 6 point something. How can this be if nobody voted below 7?

Is there some sort of weighting going on or what?

I also noticed how almost all women are 7 point something no matter if they're stunners or below average looking and all men are rated below 5 even if they're really hot. Baffling! Somethings fishy.
