also, unlike men, women can get away with heavy stares at the other gender, actually, I do it all the time when single, if I see someone interesting I would like REALLY look, not downright perv but yeah, would look, and if she catches me looking I would smile, and that works charms, that way I avoid failed aproaches, if she is not stuck up about it then I know I can chat with her easily, and it gets me points for being "direct" and avoid missunderstanding, usually, without words a girl will know I am not there to make friends. OF course they catch me looking at their FACE, but yes, sometimes they catch me looking at other parts of their anatomy and even if they are not uncomfortable it usually gets awkward, unless the girl is REALLY receptive (which does happens) like once a girl catched me really entertained by her b00bs and when I was about to shy up SHE was the one who smiled broadly, and well if it happens to men, it is like 100000000000 times easier for you girls, and it also had happened to me, an ex did exactly that, like the first time I saw her face she was staring at my crotch, does not get any bolder than that, coy smile when I catched her, Iworked like a charm.

However, although I already have the basics to attracted older men as a 17 year old, the one particular boy I have in mind is younger than me and apparently shy. good point, then REALLY do not go THAT bold, I mean, I think it will work, but you do not want him fantasizing too much, or thinking poorly of you, or just that you are "easy" (immature thing to do) but I still I think, specially in a boy that young, being a little clear about your intent do not hurt, the whole sticking your tongue out will work still and not be too forward, and yeah smile, giggle, and STARE, but to his face only, as if you think of him more Prince Charming than Rockstar.
