This guy and I have been dating for a little over 2 months (not a committed relationship). We have really good chemistry and we also have this quiet comfort level between us... like we fit together really well- it's hard to explain.
Anyways, today on our date, while he was holding my hand, I noticed he kept playing with my ring finger (left hand). I don't wear any rings, and he always caresses my hands and fingers when we are together. I don't know if him favoring that particular finger means anything special, or if he is even aware that he was favoring it. When I was engaged MANY years ago, I remember my ex-fiance doing the same thing before he popped the question. I didn't think anything of it when he would play with my ring finger, but after he asked me, I realized that maybe it had meant something.

He has not yet told me that he loves me. I seriously suspect that he does however. (I know I have fallen in love with him). He is a shy guy when it comes to expressing himself vocally. A friend of mine told me after meeting him recently, that she was almost shocked at the level of comfort and ease that was between us. She also said that he had a special way of looking at me when I wasn't looking back.
We have not slept together yet. I'm pretty sure it will happen in the near future when the time is right.
We haven't talked about being boyfriend and girlfriend yet. I'm also not entirely sure if he is only seeing me exclusively.
