Do women really care what sort of car you drive?

My friend says that he refuses to talk to this girl he likes because he doesn't have a Porshe 911 yet (LOL 'yet'...poor bastard) I honestly don't think girls care what you drive, I always talk to them even if I ride up on bike but would we have more luck with Kitt from knight rider? I don't care what sort of car a girl has so I can't imagine it would matter.

Your car says something about you. This can go both ways. Negatively, or positively. If you have a really nice car yet act like an a**hole, the car won't matter. If you have a car that just gets you from A to B, that's fine too. I have a daily driver of a 95 Cavalier, and my toy is a 97 Mustang Cobra. I have the best of both worlds. ;) lol. I do admit I get a lot of attention in the Mustang though. It's weird..it's like they'll notice the car..then see me and they're like o0o hello.

I've picked up girls on my beach cruiser and I have a sweet ride! Its all about how good his game is, sounds like his game might suck and he thinks a Porsche will do the work for him.

Lol, he will defo pick up more goldiggers once he has his porsche. The goldiggers are the only girls that are bothered by what car a guy has. Lots of girls would just prefer that their guy has a car. Personally, I'm not even bothered if he can't drive. Doesn't matter. A car is just a bonus. But I'm not into cars like some people, a car is a car to me. I don't understand how people can be interested in cars-boring lol.

honestly, I don't really care what kind of car you drive as long as it's intact and not all shabby and broken down. I don't believe a car defines a person. I like the person for who they are not what car they drive. and if a girl really cares about what kind of car you drive in order to get with you then I would think she's quite shallow.

i personally, cars not in my list but its not even a problem if a guy doesn't have a car and if he's amazing I think that's the important thing and if he had a car but not porshe what I care about is a safe car and clean and cold especially in this summer loll and also the driver must be not crazy ! guys you know what I mean.. by the way your friend needs a doctor lol ... tell him its ok because not all the girls like guys who have a porshe just be your self and everything will be ok ^^

I take note. Because if we're going to end up dating, I'm going to be in that car. If it's beaten up piece of sh*t and doesn't look like I'd be safe in it... I'd be less likely to date him. And as far as the bike thing it depends on the setting. Like at the beach, it'd like like, okay he's biking. But in the city it'd be concerning like, "Would I have to chauffeur him?"

That being said, I love cars. A nice car will make me swoon.

All I care about is if the guy HAS a car period. How nice it is doesn't really matter. There are girls who put emphasis on the flashiness of his car but those are the shallow stuck type girls, so if you are chasing after them then you would need to get a hot car, but if not then it doesn't matter.

honestly, no. as long as it's not a piece of sh*t I would probably be so nervous if a guy came to my house with a porsche, he'd be labled as rich. I'm a simple girl, I've thought that it's not about how much money you spend but about how much fun you have, lol. that's my take on about everything

I don't care what kind of a car a guy has. I used to have a beater of a car before the one I have now. I mean this was a tri-colored car that had tempermental inside lights. It was bad. I wasn't even running on all the horse power due to a misfire.

How well the vehicle is maintained says something about him and how he takes care of valuables. I guess what he chooses to drive says something about him, but don't sweat it.

Most of us don't care what you drive, as long as we feel safe in it.
