Does the kind of car matter to women?

In the past I got judged because I never had a flashy car. I had old cars and got turned down for a date because of that. I have 2010 focus. It is old and has over 100k miles on it. So it’s nothing special. But thought many years back and just think how ridiculous that it mattered so much based on that. First it’s how much $ we have to make and now our vehicles?

Really? Is it only like that in the states how women judge men? 🤣🤣

The problem here is that you are confusing "a type of woman;" with "women" as a whole.

So this does absolutely matter to a certain type of woman. It's a type that I am for sure not interested in.

I have an older car that would impress nobody. I never even think about this. I am never worried about this for one simple reason: If this did matter to a girl... that is her letting me know, she's not the kind of girl I'm interested in. To be honest though, it's never come up.

I don't like other things about the "type" of woman who this would matter to, so something has already gone sideways if I'm ever in a position where this actually comes up in real life. If it did... I think I would just laugh. Then politely extricate myself from the conversation.

Don't think though, that this is something that really matters to many women (I'd say "most," but could be wrong about that).

This only matters if you happen to like the type of woman who this matters to.

Otherwise this is not an issue. You can definitely find a good woman who doesn't really care about your car. Those two things often go together (in my experience, and observation).

I'm speaking within reason. If you drive around "hooptie" it's probably going to be a factor wit MOST women.

Personally, no! Briefly dated a guy who drove a 'vette. My current guy drives a beat up Focus with tape on the bumper. Both guys are good men but I'll pick my guy and his beater in a heart beat!

I’ve seen videos on YouTube with women saying they won’t date a guy unless he makes 70k a year or more. I can send it if you want. These ladies exist.
