If you drop your toothbrush in the bathroom sink, do you use it again?

Didn't know what was the better category for this question. I was weighing between Health and Behavior.
Oh I have no problem. I just pick it up and put it straight into my mouth.
I don't like it, but I wash it up WITH SOAP and start using again.
I just rinse it with water WITHOUT SOAP and use it again.
Oh hell no !! I throw it away and get a new one.

My issue is less for the bacteria. And I don't find it weird that people throw it away. And it is natural. Everybody has a different mental threshold to hygiene. To most of us, it absolutely makes no difference to think that we wash poop, and pee and semen ridden hands in the sink. Sometimes when you leave the cleaning on a maid, they wash the same brush/soap to clean the toilet, tub and/or the sink. Now, to most, that is not even a bother. But to some, that is yucky.
