I came across this manufactured home for 85k. There is another for 58k, too. But anyway, I don't want a super large home because it will be just me, and I don't want a bunch of repairs and having to clean a lot either. I feel like a regular house would be pricier and would require a lot of work.

Any men here who can share information on whether electrical, plumbing, and water issues and high costs are associated with manufactured homes?

Well, I'm a good speaker, yes but instead of venting out and telling my story I listen other's story and them venting out more and comment them or advice them. I'm more of a listener and advisor, at least that's what my friends made me. Therapist friend of the group you can say.

The window doesn’t open from
That one side. I really like how the sofa looks on this side but got bored and want put it against the wall. But it’ll cover the window little bit. I don’t have any other window for sunlight. I have my tv on the wall so my sofa will face the tv if I put the sofa against the wall.

I had mold issue under the sofa before wen I had the sofa against the wall & window so I worry again I’ll get mold. But I got new floor as the floor was damaged due to water leak the owner had in her house. So maybe that fixed the mold issue. I see many homes with sofas against the wall & they don’t get mold infested.

Just curious to see what the norm is.
