Personally I don’t find anything wrong with it. If I had all the money in the world, I’d try and dress in a suit a lot more often. I simply feel more confident. What are y’all’s thoughts on this?

What Is FOMO?
The fear of missing out refers to the feeling or perception that others are having more fun, living better lives, or experiencing better things than you are. It involves a deep sense of envy and affects self-esteem. It is often exacerbated by social media sites like Instagram and Facebook.

FOMO is not just the sense that there might be better things that you could be doing at this moment, but it is the feeling that you are missing out on something fundamentally important that others are experiencing right now.
It can apply to anything from a party on a Friday night to a promotion at work, but it always involves a sense of helplessness that you are missing out on something big.

A neighbor of mine committed suicide yesterday. The guy was really good, softspoken but his wife was rude. Always wanted more and more from him and was never satisfied, even though both had stable jobs kids.
Suicide rates are highest among married men globally and most of the time women get a free pass, as mental abuse cannot be proved if the person is already dead.
Plus it's taboo in our society for men to speak up against emotional abuse from women which is as common as men physically abusing women. But the latter gets the spotlight.

Here's the situation: A 20-something guy or girl in the United States is moving out on their own for the first time. Should they RENT or BUY? They have enough money for a reasonable down payment, have a regular job, fair credit rating, and can afford an equal amount of rent or mortgage payment per month.

The usual advice is to BUY versus RENT so that equity is built. But in today's real estate market, home prices are very high. Maybe they should RENT now and BUY later?

What's your advice? RENT or BUY?

Personally I don't think we should cos it's nature and if a God exists he wanted it to to be this way that the alpha species eats the inferior species, I don't think nature made any mistakes... Nature is always right
