If the body is made of muscle (40-50%), bone (15%), organs (15-20%), water (60%) and other tissues, how much fat should you have on your body as a 26 year old female that's 5'6" tall, for a slim and nice look all around. (Suggested healthy BMI percentage: 21-31%)

I put a poll incase some of you don't feel like putting a descriptive reply but I'd love to hear all the input!

My personal goal is to be on the slimmer side. I don't want to be too big but not too skinny and boney. I still want to wiggle where it giggle lol but not cause waves like a tsunami. XD If you get what I mean! Just keepin it real y'all, lol. Just my preference in body type ahah. Would appreciate what you guys think! Picture/visual examples would help too if they are the same height as myself.

Autoimmune disorder occurrences are decreased by 14+ hours a week of outdoor activities in the sun. Seasonal Affective Disorder is also reduced by getting enough time in the sun. We all need Vitamin D as well.

Healthline recommends, "aim to get 10–30 minutes of midday sunlight, several times per week. People with darker skin may need a little more than this. Your exposure time should depend on how sensitive your skin is to sunlight. Just make sure not to burn."

So, do you get enough sun in winter?

The last time I “dated” someone I was 23, we were in a STR for about 3 months & it ended because to me it felt like settling. Since then, I’ve met up with men from dating apps on and off throughout the years. Maybe 1-3 were kind of sketchy, that was in my early twenties too but since then all the other ones were decent but I just didn’t feel them. And I think it was mutual, sometimes I’d hear back, sometimes I wouldn’t but it was known the feeling was reciprocated. I’m old let’s admit it, I’ve never been in love but intimacy scares me & I don’t really have much of a sex drive at all. Sometimes I have to ask myself if I like men because even though I know I do, I do not like any of these guys in the end. When we communicate on the app it seems fine but when I meet them in person I’m just so bleh towards them. They don’t catfish me, they just don’t live up to my expectations & I’ve learnt to not have any at this point in my life. I don’t like women sexually or romantically, I didn’t meet up with anyone in 2022 & today was the first time I met up with someone from
Hinge. Clearly was meh, should I just toss in the towel? Is it simply a case of just not meeting the ONE? Let me know if you have any follow up questions

He seems more comfortable around me and has started laughing a lot more.

He acts stiff, sometimes cold towards me as if I was his tyrant boss. When I am alone with him on a confined space (elevator for instance) he pushes himself in a corner and keeps looking at the ground while mumbling.

Other times he just acts really cold, indifferent or slightly annoyed or pretends he doesn’t notice me. Did I do something to him? Or does he think I think he likes me and therefore tries to make a wide berth around me?

He is confident and sociable with everyone else so it has to do with me. He is also not shy to flirt with other female coworkers despite being married with kids so he is most likely not afraid of metoo

I don’t think I’m unattractive but recently I’ve experienced very overt racism by random people on the street even in wealthier areas in the city (I’m half Asian living in berlin). I never look frumpy or unkept and I read many times that pretty privilege in woc protects from racism. Is this true?

That dream of a 6pack... we all (may have) wanted it. I try to get mine by sticking to a routine before I sleep. Then I caught a cold and each time I sneezed, my upper back hurts. I'm chiseled enough, more than big ass Hannah over there but is my body really saying to me "If you push yourself anymore, you will pull a muscle?" It's flat enough to be a swim model but... is it possible I already have abs in my own way?
