Is my colleague going to get fired?

We have these meetings and a colleague of mine is made fun of by the boss and another old guy. Is he going to get fired? He hasn’t so far and we get bonuses in February. If you get fired you don’t qualify for one.

I pulled him off to the side and mentioned it at work today. He’s VERY smart, he’s just a little different and backward. He’s part of the leadership team.

Depend how important your colleague is for your boss. If employees make enough money they can piss on bosses face and he will sing "Raindrops keep falling on my head.."
