I was diagnosed with seven mental disorders, including one personality disorder (BPD). There's a lot of stigmatization around mental disorders, especially around Cluster B personality disorders. From what I've seen online, people often regard people with BPD as manipulative, abusive, and violent. I'm scared to tell potential partners because I don't want them to think I'm a horrible person because of my disorders. Anytime I have, they didn't take me seriously and left when symptoms appeared. Some even insulted me. I'm not sure it's immoral to not tell potential partners about my medical information, but I find the risks to greatly outweigh the benefits.

Which matters more to you? The destination or the journey you take to get there.

This saying may mean different things to different people.

It can mean that stopping to smell the roses and and enjoy your way to your goals is important.

It can also mean that the little things you do on your journey add up to get you to your destination.

On the other hand, it can also mean that all of life is a journey that never ends. There's only the illusion of there being a destination to reach.

What does it mean to you, and how do you feel about this saying?

I'm inspired by the philosophical alternatives it inspires for different perspectives on what life really means, what we are all doing here, and how we go about it. When I first heard it, what I do in each moment became more important than rushing towards the next goal. No more missing out on all of the little things.

I packed the kids in my car and took a spontaneous trip to join a Rainbow Family Gathering and just breathe, live, relax, and enjoy the here and now.

I no longer had end goals for working out, just learning to enjoy the act of working out and viewing fitness as a side effect of that rather than a goal. Fitness suddenly became a fun habit rather than a chore.

I focused on just enjoying the simplest natural foods rather than dieting. Having a massive bowl of fresh fruits and veggies for breakfast and lunch without any obsession. Just enjoying the taste and look of something healthy for me. Again, my health and fitness became side effects rather than stress ridden goals.

On road trips it became much more common to pause many times along the way. On vacations, winging it on a daily basis became normal.

Big career goals and pushing to work harder and harder became things that either happen or don't based on our own personal enjoyment with our work.

I've been with my boyfriend about a year and I have been asking him for passwords for a while now because I've been cheated on before and I want to make sure he's not talking inappropriately to other girls but he was refusing and we've fought about it to many times but I persisted and he eventually gave in and gave me his IG and FB passwords but when I went to try them he had 2 Factor Authentication on them and when I confronted him about it he LAUGHED and said it's for security purposes he's always used that but I reckon he turned it on before giving me the passwords what do you think and what should I do?

I believe self respect is not worth losing for an egoistic guy who only cares for himself and can't be there for his girl whenever she needs and always expects her to make the first move. I believe guys should make a first move not girls always. There are girls who simply wants to be nice so they make first move without ego but these egoistic guys treat them with no respect. It's always better for a girl to be with a guy who makes the first move and is ready to sacrifice anything for her rather than an egoistic guy who simply uses her as much as he wants and throws her away when he loses interest, blocks her, treats her like shit, can't see her moving on with other guy, don't let her move on with other guy, manipulates her, does all the narcissistic things to her, only cares about himself and not her, chases other girls shamelessly in front of her. Who wants to be with this kind of egoistic guy? I know some girls get attracted to these kind of guys but eventually they make their way to their greatest heartbreaks, unfulfilled life they get. They can never be truly content and always suffers with these second type of guys. Do you agree?

Former GOP lawmaker Adam Kinzinger has revealed new details about Donald Trump’s alleged bad odor, claiming that he reeks of a combination of several unsavory scents including “armpits, ketchup & butt”.

Speaking on The MeidasTouch Network on Thursday, Mr Kinzinger reignited the claims around the former president’s “not good” smell and launched into a lengthy description of it.

“It’s not good. The best way to describe it... take armpits, ketchup, a butt and makeup and put that all in a blender and bottle that as a cologne,” he said.

“That’s kind of that. I’ve been amazed that everybody is just kind of learning about this now,” he added.

When I was about 5-6 years old I was in the backyard playing with my older cousins, they had a little shop and a bread van came, I remembered the bread man asking “where are the girls?” and my aunt told him “oh there back there”, when he was coming I saw my cousins running up the stairs so I start running too they close the door and I was left outside I only made it 3 steps he was already near the stairs so I spit on him then he grabbed the back of my pants and pulled it leaving my butt exposed I start screaming and crying then he said “say you’re sorry and you’re not going to spit on people again” so I had to repeat “I’m sorry and won’t spit on people again” while crying then he let me go and I ran up the stairs and then my cousins open the door. Every time I see that bakery van I get scared.

this is for both guys and girl, if say, your boyfriend/girlfriend is feeling bad and insecure about your opposite gendered bestfriend, and asks you to choose? what would you do?
you have been bestfriends for about 2-3 years and they (the opposite gender) has gotten close to your and your heart (platonically only). They too do not see you as anything other than a good close friend.
you have been dating your partner for about a little lesser time time but yeah, you get the point.

what do you think is supposed to be done here? and why?

Hear me out. I absolutely love dogs, i love playing with them, cuddles, stroking, taking them for walks. Etc but i absolutely detest the barking. Its not only giving me headaches, its keeping me awake at night and waking me up when im not ready (i need a good 10 hours sleep to function during the day) theyre in the kennels if u haven't guessed already. I read its heavily against leaving them in kennels for long periods of time too

Its 1am and i can hear them barking, i had 5 hrs sleep last night so i feel ready to go to sleep now but also feel my headaches getting worse. I've had a sever minegrane (sp) so they're probably not helping it. But theyve been there for years but its lately just getting worse. I can even hear them When were in the front room roraring so i dont think moving rooms would even be the answer (i do go into my mums as i dont hear them in there but she snores so that also wakes me up), theyve been barking till 2am some nIghts lately

I read on some forum someone tried to get something done but they wouldn't due to them Not barking during the night but ours are

Its A bit awkward to talk to the neighbours due to it being behind our back garden. Its not like its the same estate. I was thinking of leaving a note ontop of the fence or something like that😂

Im also concerned about their well being that accessive barking means theyre not being looked after properly. My brother and sister s dogs dont bark that much

the news did a piece on why employers are getting turned off by Gen Z job seekers stating issues with inappropriate dress attire, asking for too much money and (the kicker for me 🤣) bringing a parent to their interview (who does that 🤦🏼‍♀️).

Last year I moved to a new city and starting hanging out with an acquaintance and her friends group. In this group there was the cutest boy and there was quite a spark, from his behavior I would have guessed it was mutual. However the group dynamic was very heavy, it turned out that many girls in the group were after him and in particular my acquaintance was obsessed with him. One day I noticed she overheard us talking about going for a drink just the two of us and after that she never invited me again to join the group for months. At the same time, he became very cold with me and eventually stopped replying to my messages, and I now suspect it was her who told him lies about me. Lately I had an enlightening talk with her best friend who told me that she was behaving completely crazy with him and that she was literally stalking him (picking him up at work etc) and that he was so mad at her that he left the group and ghosted everyone in it to cut ties with her completely.

I had moved on as I really thought he had stopped talking to me because I was annoying him. Recently I met a cute boy but since he’s in my life, all my brain is able to do is comparing him with this other boy and think that he was the right one. I don’t know if I should try to get back in contact with him.
