Hello GaG. Its been awhile. Things have been a bit hectic and tough for me these past few weeks so all I can do is peek at GaG but not really participate.

So we have a new director and scheduler. Whenever someone is asked if they can pick up a shift last minute they're offered an incentive. So I asked them will there be an incentive for these picked up shifts.
