If someone has no guilt nor remorse for cheating or being a school bully is that a sociopath?

Unfortunately the person I feel disgusted with our manager. She has cheated several times and was a former school bully. She claims to have no guilt nor remorse for it.

She treats us good and there are no issues at work. But do I have a sociopath for a manager?

Sociopath probably but so long as she isn't continuing to bully y'all I wouldn't worry about it. Just watch out for the passive aggressive remarks if the turds start hitting the fan
