No, his death may create something worse. Even though I lost family in the Holocausts I would not...
I would gladly wring his little neck.

I wouldn't kill Adolf Hitler, he was innocent and if not for Vienna academy rejecting him twice, his spirit wouldn't have been crushed, none of the following events would've happened, if I had the power I'd sponsor him so he can follow his original dreams.
Not a professional but I liked his drawings, I think he has some talent, he would've been very likely to be a successful artist had what happened not happened.
Plus I don't think causing butterfly effect by changing the past is a wise choice, you might make it worse for the world.
Great explained! So no:)
I agree he was a good painter. Obvioulsy a horrible person but he could have become a huge painter like you said
I would leave it alone. Because to me history isn't a straight line, it's a spiderweb. Everything runs in parallels, spiderweb's together and there can be some crazy connections between events. Heck you can dig into history and see how unrelated events separated by countries, people and time itself are connected due to history being like a line of domino's. To me the old saying Those who don't learn from history is more of a warning then anything. Because of how many times history has repeated itself or a event parallels another.
No for different reasons.
a. There were other moments where he could have been stopped. For example he applied to study arts and was rejected in Linz and Vienna, if he had gotten any of those studentships he wouldn´t have come to Germany in the first place.
b. Germany back then was antisemitic before without Hitler to come. If Hitler hadn´t come Germany probably had become a Communist state after the Great Depression in the late 1920s. I don´t know if that was any better if you remember that Stalin also killed and deported Jews.
Rather ironically, Hitler could have been killed in WWI on September 28th 2018. A Serving British soldier, Henry Tandey decided not to shoot him in the village of Marcoing in France.
Hitler was wounded but Tandey said he couldn't shoot a wounded man. Hitler fled the scene. The rest is history.
That's intressting. Would you do it tho?:)
Okay cool!
Honestly, if wasnât Hitler, it would have been someone else because Hitler wonky took power by appealing to emotions that many Germans felt. In hindsight, Germanyâs behavior during the second war was entirely predictable and largely a consequence of how Germany got screwed in the first war. The holocaust was a little bit less predictable, but my guess is that something similar would have happened to the Jews anyway, even if it wasnât death camps.
hitler dying probably wouldnât have made much difference.
No, because someone else would have just taken over the role. The odious terms of the treaty of Versailles was the cause of ww2. Someone else would have been the locus of all that rage and hatred instead.
What I would do is bribe the art school admissions person who sent him away to see if going to art school might have made him a different person.
In any case, swapping out one locus for another might at best have removed some of the dark ideology, but the war would have still happened.
Time travel is real, just not for us yet. You should read about the out of place artifacts that have been found.
Wasnât it said the anger was first sparked when his family was hungry, and the people who would picnic in the local park refused him their left overs in their picnic baskets?
I might be more inclined to find a way to help support his hungry family. Showing an act of kindness in that pivotal childhood moment could have just as drastic a positive effect on the world.
In saying that though. The world seems to need a balance. If that hadnât happened because it was âchangedâ something else might change to become a different sort of counterbalance.
No, I'd protect him at all costs (except making sure he never gets into art school). I'd give him the designs for the nuclear weapons, and make him aware of the underestimated Soviet Defenses, because I live in a country (USA), which defeated the Nazis, and now cuts the genitals off children, forces people to repeat lies (men are women, etc.; diversity is our strength, etc.), sodomites run free to do whatever they want- exploring even greater depths of depravity, our women whore themselves out until there's nothing left, we're not even reproducing enough to keep our society functioning, and all the while we're replacing the descendants of conquerors with those of flea-bitten savages, who never even invented the wheel.
The Nazi's should have won- we'd be in a far better world.
I choose B. Noone knew what he's capable of and the capacity of his hate & cruelness. A baby is an innocent being until later. We are all born innocent, we just get shaped & influenced by society and the world around us. Unless you inherent psychopathy and was in your genes. That's what I believe..
Nice explained!
Yup!
Right! Scary how much someone can impact someones life..
by the way I sent you a messege before can you check when you have time?:)
As much as I would love to and save MILLIONS, I don't think I would. It would change the world and history. I probably wouldn't have been born. It would be interesting to know what would've happened if he was killed, I wonder what language we'd go to instead of English.
Ya know... i would say yes but twilight zone countered this. Lady goes back in time to take hitler and returns back to the future. Nanny of hitler knows his dad would probably kill her... but hey look... a poor woman with a baby.
And that baby got a new name... and a new family. :)
If you kill Hitler your whole life would change. You may not even exist if you alter history. As a Jewish dude I would love to get rid of Hitler, but then the entire world would change.
In addition, the Eugenics movement was not made by a single person, and it was supported by millions of people including in the US. If Hitler did not exist, someone else would have done it in Germany. He was a figure head, not a mastermind. The Nazi Party would have utilized another evil charismatic person. Nothing would change basically.
Eugenics was quite popular even in the US in the 20s!
There were many people involved in socialist movements throughout Europe at that period of time. If it wasn't him, someone else would have filled the role.
Knowing the outcome of history as it is today, I'm fine with the Hitler existing. My family fought in, and survive WWII. A different leader may have appointed different commanders that might have made different decisions, which might have got my family killed and erased my existence. So no I would not play with history like that. We won that battle against socialism. We are still fighting the war though.
Well said!:)
You know, he wasn't the only totalitarian who came out of Germany (yes, I know he was Austrian until 1925).
Intressting!
Would you do it tho?
I understand!
I chose "NO", NOT cuz I give a rat's ass about Hitler, but because killing him will irrevocably alter the timeline of history, and I MIGHT just prevent my own existence!
"If a butterfly flutters its wings in Brazil could it cause a tornado in Texas?â
~ Edward Lorenz, meteorologist, on his weather and climate predictability theory.
The âbutterfly effect,â is the concept that small events can have large, widespread consequences.
I don't make it my thing to kill innocent people.
But he is not innocent. Read the question again and you will get it
Babies are innocent. I don't care much for Minority Report.
I mean you would know what he WILL do. But cool! Thanks for commenting:)
Will do decades in the future and wants to do now are two very different things. For all intents and purposes, the baby in the photo and the 1930s German chancellor are 2 completely different people.
No. Because you'd still have Nazi party itself. We should be THANKFUL Hitler was the F*** up that he was. Yeah he may have been a charismatic, fiery orator. But he was a terrible tactician. The command structure of Germany was really f***ed up. The German commanders themselves were actually pretty good. Had Hitler not have come to power the death toll could have been much worse with a more competant leader.
Hilter was major p. o. s. I wouldn't have a problem killing him as a child if I had the ability to see what monster he will become and that goes for all devils that come into this world.
Thank you for commenting. You are actually one of the very very few who understand the questionđđť
No because it wouldn't have changed history. The political climate had already set the stage for war and another perhaps worse person would have arisen.
No, as an American, I'm tired of having to fight Europe's fights. They need to grow a pair.
THIS!!!đđ
As bad as Hitler was. He's the reason the allies won the war. He put really stupid policies I. Place that keep his generals from acting on D day. He wouldn't let his air force build long range bombers. He wouldn't let his sub fleet make tech advancements. His paranoia disrupted his comand staff. He was dumb enough to start a war with Russia while fighting the allies.
A more logically sound leader would have won the war for Germany.
Kader deÄiĹtirilemez. Onu öldürsem bile belki baĹka bir Hitler doÄar :)
Sorry my language mistake,
Fate cannot be changed. Even if I kill him, maybe another Hitler will be born :)
Alright thanks for sharing:)
I don't think he was just born bad , remember Hitler had been homeless , Id not kill him , Id make sure the course of his life was completely different.
Not any more than I would remove coming to existence of Harry Truman, Henry Kissinger, Dick Cheney, Don Rumsfield, Poodle Blair, Ariol Sheron, Lawrence Of Arabia, and the whole Saudi Ruling family. Might not even stop Hitler from that process.
No, you never know who the next in line monster would have been or how much the world would change. It could turn out worse.
Instead, I would kill Abraham Lincoln then Hitler would never rise to power.
No. If events are predetermined, I'll fail; if they're not, he can always choose differently.
So unimaginative, no i wouldn't.
I'd kill Lenin and Trostky though.
Cool! Thanks for answering the question!
No, I wouldn't kill him, maybe just help him not grow up to be a psychopathic killer/dictator
It wouldn't make any difference, Hilter was just a puppet, if it wasn't him it would just have been someone else.
Translation: âwould you murder a baby if it was for the greater good?â
Be wary of these
Yes or no?
That what I think is right and how are you
I'm good thankyou. How are you?
What rules?
Yeah the rules here are really fucked up!
I wouldn't want someone worse to take his role.
No I could never kill a baby
Never
