I would do everything the same starting with the invasion of Poland except I would finish off the British expeditionary force at Dunkirk and then invade Britain. I would organise the 3rd Reich better, so I could make better use of both the resources of the now Nazi controlled British and French empires which in theory should give all the resources of oil, weapons, manpower, soldiers, factories, technology, minerals, food etc needed for the invasion of the Soviet union. I would also begin slowly crushing the Catholic church in all territory controlled by the third Reich and unify all protestant churches into one Nazi church.

I'd probably do the same tbh, and let me elaborate on that before everyone slaughters me. 😂

WW2 was of course a terrible thing no doubt about it, but with that said the aftermath of WW2 have changed the world in a lot of positive ways, the European union was formed do to it, which prevented more than likely a lot of other wars, technology progressed massively during the war which has helped to a lot of the development of the technology we have today, it also taught humanity as a whole a big nasty lesson never to let things go as crazy again. After WW2 there also a lot more focus on socialism and brought focus on minorities and people who couldn't fend for themselves. All I'm trying to say is even though it it was an absolutely terrible event, we wouldn't have the society we have today if it wasn't for WW2. Sometimes we need to see something really bad to do better, it's sad but inevitably true.

I'd have waited a little to develop the nuke, the automatic rifle and the jet fighter before invading anyone. It's unlikely the allies would have pushed hard to develop these as fast as they did had the war NOT happened. America would have still been making refrigerators.

A very complex question. Books have been written about it. Once he started down the road of war, it couldn't be stopped.
The Jewish question was one of his biggest mistakes. He lost out on a huge pool of manpower, and various resources in money and science. His biggest mistake was invading Russia. But it was inevitable. He totally underestimated Russia, its people and its resources.
